Stay away front his company!!! In 2008 I had the company send Rick a technician to do warranty work on my new house. I complained about my house being hot in the summer. Tech said that I had a delta t of 14 degrees (the difference of temp coming into the return and out the supply) and that system was functioning properly. Unfortunately I took their word. After 8 years of being hot I called a reputable company to come and check my system again. The HVAC system still operating with a delta t of 14 degrees. The new company looked at my HVAC system owner manual. They calculated my dry bulb temp and wet bulb temp and used the chart in the owners manual to determine that the system wasn't functioning properly. After the new company came a put two pounds of freon into my HVAC system I now have a 20 degree Delta t. Do not do business with this company not trust worthy!

Fast forward 1 year and 1 week and the circuit board that HVAC Service had installed has failed again. They came out and said that it failed from water condensation dripping onto it, so we needed to replace it and reroute the pipes to prevent future water damage. That would cost double what I paid last year. Why didn't they fix the problem last year at the initial repair instead of putting in a circuit board that was bound to fail again?!? They were strongly recommending that the furnace be completely replace for a huge fee to avoid the same thing happening again. I paid $59 for them to tell me they didn't fix it right last year. This didn't feel right, so I sought a second opinion. I'm very glad that I found another guy to come replace the circuit board and put it away from the water, fix the water leak, and also find and fix another impending failure. All of that was for much less than HVAC Service wanted to charge for repair or replacement. The other guy did a great repair, so I'm confident it will not break down again, but if it does, I will not call HVAC Service. Don't get suckered by their Yelp Deal.

I call to follow up at the end of the next day and she said that she has not been able to get in touch with the owner.  By this time, I am starting to get frustrated because I am starting to get the run around.  I question her if I am even on the schedule or if they attempted to schedule a crane.  She says they are extremely busy and that she does not know.  So I say, basically I have waited over 2 weeks and you have not put me on the schedule and I am at the end of the install line.  No answer.  I tell her to talk to her boss and find out what is happening, and I will think about what direction I want to move in at this point.

A heat pump is an air conditioner in which the refrigeration cycle can be reversed, producing heating instead of cooling in the indoor environment. They are also commonly referred to as a "reverse cycle air conditioner". The heat pump is significantly more energy efficient than electric resistance heating. Some homeowners elect to have a heat pump system installed as a feature of a central air conditioner. When the heat pump is in heating mode, the indoor evaporator coil switches roles and becomes the condenser coil, producing heat. I have no idea what a barrel is??? In chilled water systems the evaporator and condensers sometimes use what is called a chiller barrel for the evaporator and/or the condenser but for most residential system it is a rarity to find a chilled water system installed. Are you talking about a commercial system chiller. 7.1 KW is not a very big system but they do exist in light commercial and as mentioned in residential.
